CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

CARDIO DANCE

Low impact choreographed dance class with varied styles.

CIRCUITS

A full-body workout with varying exercise types and intensities.

DANCE

A complete step back to great music, combining low impact cardio and dance

co-ordination.

FAMILY FUN: FITNESS

Take all the family along for a bit of competitive fun focusing on fitness, skill

development and family bonding!

FAMILY FUN: SPORT

This session is a chance for the whole family to get involved in a variety of

different sports such as basketball, hockey, badminton, table tennis and lots

more.

LBT

A class focused on shaping and toning your glutes, hamstrings, quads and core.

WALKING FOOTBALL

Suitable for all ages and abilities and is a slower version of the game. It is football,

but at a walking pace, with adapted rules and court size. Come and enjoy a

kick about at MSC!

WALKING NETBALL

Suitable for all ages and abilities and is a slower version of the game. It is netball,

but at a walking pace, with adapted rules and court size.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Feel Strong; Be Strong. Try a Weightlifting class to strengthen everyday

movements.

TABLE TENNIS

Come and enjoy a table tennis session at MSC! A fun social session for all

abilities.

STEP

You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost

your heart rate and breathing as well as strengthen your muscles.

SHORT TENNIS/BADMINTON

A fun and exciting short tennis and badminton session for all abilities.
