A variety of innovative and inspiring activities for pre-school children led by our friendly coaches to help youngsters develop a wide range of skills and a love of sport. Some activities that will be cover in the sessions include tots football, tots rugby, running, jumping, throwing, racquet sports and free play. Sessions are designed to develop motor skills and skills for sport in young children using a variety of imaginary play, engaging themes and eye-catching equipment.
These sessions enable children to develop flexibility, strength, stability and coordination skills using our age-appropriate apparatus with parents in a welcoming and fun environment.
Tots Martial Arts
A fun, innovative, non-contact session which includes pad work and games based around a variety of punching and kicking techniques to develop a combination of balance, coordination and self-discipline.
A diverse range of enjoyable sessions for primary aged children led by our innovative team. These classes are bursting with energy, giving children a chance to take part in a variety of different sports on a weekly basis such as basketball, dodgeball, hockey, table tennis, badminton and lots more!
A variation of Football used with a smaller low bounce ball and unlike Football the court is determined by lines. Futsal develops skills and competencies that can be transferred easily to Football.
A bespoke Netball session for participants in S1-S6. The session has been developed to improve individuals understanding of Netball and aims to continuously improve Netball skills and performance through carefully planned sessions, fitness, and drills.
A Badminton session for participants in S1-S6. This session is designed to progress participants knowledge and skills in Badminton through sport-specific sessions focussing on a variety of shots and techniques whilst improving fitness, coordination and balance.
Family Fun: Fitness
Take all the family along for a bit of competitive fun focusing on fitness, skill development and family bonding!
Family Fun: Sport
This session is a chance for the whole family to get involved in a variety of different sports such as basketball, hockey, badminton, table tennis and lots more.
Physical fitness, self-esteem, self-discipline, along with fun and socialising are a few of the benefits teens will get from participating in Junior gym at MSC. With our expert instructors on hand to support and guide all.
Also known as short-court tennis or mini tennis. This is typically played on a smaller court and for a shorter duration than standard tennis. The game is primarily designed for kids as an introduction to tennis, or as a fun activity of its own.
As popularity grows and we develop an understanding of favourite sports we would look to make these sessions
sport-specific going forward.
